HSNT offers $25 spay and neuter for feral cats at their clinic on the first and last Tuesdays of the month. Feral cats must be brought in in a trap.


Low cost spay and neuter, vaccines & microchips are also available for owned cats.  Applications for low income discounts and special event pricing also.

HSNT has recently implemented TNR for surrendered community cats.  They also use the  Return To Field (RTF) Program to save the lives of stray cats that come into HSNT through their admitting department. Stray cats must pass HSNT's medical exam to enter the program.  .

TCAP has additional permanent locations in Denton and Allen. They also do low-cost spay/neuter from their mobile clinic. Please see their website for dates and locations 


TCAP will spay/neuter the first twelve feral cats over 2 lbs that arrive in live traps between 8-9am most weekdays for $10 which includes a rabies shot and pain medication. (Best to arrive before 8am, especially Monday mornings.) Friendly cats and dogs are not free and need an appointment. Look for their monthly and location specials.  Other vaccines, FIV/FELV testing, dewormer and topical flea treatment are also available at a low cost.  Pick up is the same day usually between 3-5pm depending on location and volume.  Various mobile locations, days, evenings and weekends throughout the month provide low cost vaccines.

Spay Neuter Network is currently offering free spay and neuter with microchips and rabies vaccines for cats brought in by Fort Worth residents. A $20 refundable deposit is required, and.cats must weight at least 2 lbs.  Friendly cats can be brought in in hard carriers; feral cats must be in traps.  Appointments can be scheduled on line or by phone.  Several mobile and transport locations are listed on their website. Low cost spay and neuter, vaccines & microchips are also available in other cities and rural communities.
